Once your order has been placed, you can expect tracking information and initial shipping updates in 3-5 business days. Orders do not ship on bank holidays. See our FAQ for details on returns.
If you purchased a digital planner:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive another email very soon with a link to access your downloads. Digital products are final sale.
