When will my order ship?

We can't wait for you to receive your planner! Once your order has been placed, you can expect tracking information and initial shipping updates in 3-5 business days. Orders do not ship on bank holidays.

Delivery returns & delays

We do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however it may encounter delays during its journey to you once transferred to USPS. The same is true for orders determined to be undeliverable by USPS and returned to our HQ.

Please note, The Cosmetic Concept is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable by USPS will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 7 business days of its return.
