Our interactive planners live right on our website. There's nothing to download and no app to buy. You open your planner in your web browser on your phone, tablet or computer, type right into it, check off your steps and watch your progress and stickers add up. Everything saves as you go.

All you need is:
– A phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection
– A web browser such as Safari, Chrome or Edge
– The email address you used at checkout
No stylus, PDF app or GoodNotes needed.

Follow the steps below!

1. Tap the button in your order confirmation or welcome email, or visit My Planners.
2. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
3. Choose your planner and tap Open my planner. Time to strategize!

Tip: Bookmark the page or add it to your home screen so your planner is always one tap away.

These planners are fully interactive and no longer come as a PDF download. When you're ready to share your work with a chemist, manufacturer, supplier, designer or marketing team, each planner has a summary page (My Ingredient Plan, My Brand Board, My Marketing Plan, My R&D Plan, My Manufacturing Plan or My Product Plan) that you can print or copy.

Yes. Everything you type saves automatically on the device and browser you're using. A few things to know:
– Clearing your browser history or website data will erase your saved work, so copy your backup code first.
– Private or incognito windows won't keep your work.
– Save your backup code somewhere safe every so often, like your notes app or email.

Yes! You can sign in on any device. Because your work saves to the device you're using, here's how to bring it with you:

1. On the device with your work, open your plan summary page and copy your backup code.
2. Send the code to yourself (email or text works great).
3. On your other device, open the same planner and paste the code to restore your work.

If your planner ever looks empty, you're most likely on a different device or browser than usual. Restore your backup code and you're right back where you left off.

Yes. In the R&D and Manufacturing planners, add a new product from the top of your planner. Each product gets its own workbook, checklist and six-month planner. In the Branding and Marketing planners, add a new brand or product the same way, and each one gets its own workbook, checklist and three-month planner. In the Planner for Product Development, each product you add gets all four workbooks, its own checklist and its own 2027 planner. In the Ingredient Diary, you can research a new ingredient in each entry.

They do! All of your interactive planners wait for you on your My Planners page. If you use two planners on the same device, tap Bring it in on Step 1 and your work comes right over. In the Marketing planner, your brand name, ideal customer and social handles come over from your Branding planner. In the Manufacturing planner, your product name, INCI list and formula cost come over from your R&D planner. In the Planner for Product Development, it all happens in one place: tap Bring it in and your Branding section carries into Marketing, and your R&D section carries into Manufacturing.

Your planner won't send phone notifications, but it does keep you on track. In the Branding, Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing planners and the Planner for Product Development, tasks you give a due date show up in your Due this week box, and we'll send you a friendly It's Time to Plan email each month.

To use a PDF planner, you will need:
– A tablet device
– A stylus pen/pencil
– PDF annotation app such as GoodNotes 6 (OUR FAVE!) Other options include Notability, Adobe, Noteshelf, and Xodo.

This happened to me too sis when I learned how to use digital planners. If you find that your hyperlinks aren’t working (buttons and tabs) you could be in the wrong mode within your markup app. Most PDF markup apps have 2 modes: READING MODE: In reading mode, editing tools (adding images, text boxes, or handwritten notes) are hidden and the hyperlinks are active.

EDITING MODE: In editing mode, you’re able to access editing tools to do things. The hyperlinks are not active when you are editing, meaning you can’t click the tabs and buttons in your planner to change pages or visit external links.

If you’re using GoodNotes, simply tap the pencil icon on the top of the screen to switch between reading and editing mode. If you're using another app, there are tons of Google tutorials.
