Order Issues
If you need to modify your order, email us at heygirl@thecosmeticconceptllc.com as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can to make the changes! Depending on how far along your order is in the processing queue, we might be able to accommodate.
Of course, we understand things happen or you simply change your mind. As long as your order has not shipped, we can help! Reach us at heygirl@thecosmeticconceptllc.com to get this process started. If your order has shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations.
We make every effort to ship your product in pristine condition and your satisfaction matters to us! Email us at heygirl@thecosmeticconceptllc.com with your order number and any supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc.) with your concern.
Digital Planning
Digital planners offer the benefits of both traditional pen-and-paper planning and modern technology on an iPad or tablet device. When you purchase a digital planner, you will be able to download the PDF file that you can use in a PDF markup app.
In order to use our digital tools, you will need:
– A tablet device
– A stylus pen/pencil
– PDF annotation app such as GoodNotes 6 (OUR FAVE!) Other options include Notability and Adobe)
If the markup app or program that you are using allows you to type then yes!
Unfortunately, the digital planner will not have the capabilities of sending alerts or reminders. Our digital planner is an alternative to our traditional paper planner.
Even though the digital planners are undated, it cannot be reused once the year-to-year time span of the planner has expired.
No, you will not be able to change any of the content in the planner.
Follow the steps below!
1. Click the purchased download link that was emailed to you from our store.2. Save the file(s) to your device and where you normally save your documents (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Files, etc.) **NOTE- Save a blank copy of the document so you always have access to it.
3.Open your PDF markup app of choice and import the file. Time to strategize!
This happened to me too sis when I learned how to use digital planners. If you find that your hyperlinks aren’t working (buttons and tabs) you could be in the wrong mode within your markup app. Most PDF markup apps have 2 modes: READING MODE: In reading mode, editing tools (adding images, text boxes, or handwritten notes) are hidden and the hyperlinks are active.
EDITING MODE: In editing mode, you’re able to access editing tools to do things. The hyperlinks are not active when you are editing, meaning you can’t click the tabs and buttons in your planner to change pages or visit external links.
If you’re using GoodNotes 6, simply tap the pencil icon on the top of the screen to switch between reading and editing mode. If you're using another app, there are tons of Google tutorials.
Shipping & Delivery
SIMPLE! Log into your Accounts page at www.thecosmeticconceptllc.com and check under Order History. All past and current orders will be detailed here, including the status of your order. If in doubt, email us at heygirl@thecosmeticconceptllc.com and we will be more than happy to help.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email heygirl@thecosmeticconceptllc.com within 14 days of the last tracking update. Please include your order number and tracking information so that we may further assist you with this matter!
We're so sorry for the delay with your package! Although tracking does not indicate this, we can assure you that your package is still in transit to you. All orders ship from Baltimore, Maryland and should take no longer than 7 business days to reach you.
We understand why you're concerned, however we ask that you allow the entire shipping time to pass before reaching out.
If you have not received your order within 2-3 days of your planned delivery date, please email heygirl@thecosmeticconceptllc.com to check in on your order. Please include your order number and tracking information.

We can't wait for you to receive your planner! Once your order has been placed, you can expect tracking information and initial shipping updates in 3-5 business days. Orders do not ship on bank holidays.
As long as your planner has not shipped, we can adjust your delivery address. Once the package is out of our hands, we are no longer able to make adjustments.
We do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however it may encounter delays during its journey to you once transferred to USPS. The same is true for orders determined to be undeliverable by USPS and returned to our HQ.
Please note, The Cosmetic Concept is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable by USPS will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 7 business days of its return.
Returns & Refunds
Let's get into it! In order to be eligible for a return, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, simply drop us a line at heygirl@thecosmeticconceptllc.com! Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us. Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above. Please email us with any questions or concerns - we’ve got your back!
